Odin’s Boys - Strongman

the Odin’s Boys Strongman Program has you training 4 days each week for roughly 75-90 minutes per session. The program uses a conjugate template incorporating max effort and dyamic work, with a weekly event day each Saturday. Duck and Cover - Highland Games

Duck and Cover has you training 4 days each week for roughly 75-90 minutes per session. The program peaks for two different games throughout the year, with a full in season and off season training cycle. It is built with inspiration from Cal Dietz’s TriPhasic system, build specifically to develop strength and explosiveness in throwers. Click to learn more!

Forever Worthy Has you training 5 days each week for roughly 75-90 minutes per session. The program runs in 4-week blocks and is inteded to expose you to a variety of programming concepts in the world of powerlifting.
