FAQ’s
Question: Does the Build Your Wings Program happen in a group setting? Or 1-on-1?
Answer: Build Your Wings is a 1-on-1 personal training program, but we can accommodate a small group if you’d like!
Question: What are you looking for in the initial consult?
Answer: Anything that might need the attention of a specialist like a chiropractor or a doctor of physical therapy. If there is anything going on that is beyond my professional scope to address, I want to make sure to get you to the pro that can help you best.
Question: How old does someone have to be to start the Build Your Wings Program.
Answer: 12 years old. Athletes can start lifting weights at a younger age, but it is best to find a coach or a trainer that specializes in working with kids if they’re younger than the age of 12.
Question: What happens if I can’t make a session?
Answer: The program is 12 sessions long, so we’ll get them done as close to a 3/week schedule as possible. If you have to miss a session here or there, we’ll pick up where we left off in the next session.
